Edwards Extra Heavyweight steel socketed goals are manufactured from a super heavyweight 76mm box section steel and feature welded corner joints that make the goals the strongest in their class. The crossbar of these super heavyweight goal posts have drilled holes to take safety net hooks. The Edwards Super heavyweight goal also has the added advantage of being less attractive to swing from thanks to the square section steel crossbar.
