Delivery - Quick Guide

If you order online, delivery charges are as follows:
UK Mainland, Scilly Isles £4.95.
Scottish Highlands/Isles of Scotland £32.99.
Channel Islands £45.99.
Northern Ireland £10.99.
Isle of Wight £13.99.
Isle of Man £12.00.
Eire £15.00.
There are a some exceptions, but we'll contact you before processing your order in these circumstances.

We're committed to being fair - secure delivery at reasonable cost. We despatch in a number of ways: Reputable National Carrier Services, Royal Mail or Company Vehicles

Please note, inclement weather conditions may cause delay to normal delivery times.

Some products come direct from the manufacturer. Selected branded clothing, football kits, steel and aluminium football goals, large/specialised equipment etc can consequently take longer to deliver, 7 to 14 days

Lead Time Guidelines Orders for accessory items (except steel/aluminium goalposts and stadium equipment) will usually be despatched from our warehouses (Mon-Fri), subject to availability. Branded clothing and football kits are despatched within 7 to 14 days, dependent on each individual supplier. Don’t worry, if the supplier forecasts an unusually extended lead-time, we’ll update you as soon as we’re made aware. Printing and embroidery processes are additional to these times.

Returns Maudesport Ltd will endeavour to deliver customer orders in accordance with their requirements. However, there may be occasions when errors occur and Maudesport will rectify any confirmed and agreed shortfalls or errors, at their expense. This will be deemed as full and final settlement and no further compensation will be considered. Maudesport rely on the customer to provide correct size, quantity, and print details. Therefore, all orders should be confirmed via post, email or fax. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customer’s risk. Maudesport are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. In instances where goods are ordered in error or unwanted, return carriage costs or collection costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Personalised products are non-returnable. Products that have not been personalised may be returned with the label, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: Clothing should remain labelled and in its original manufacturers packaging if being returned. Should you need to return items for any reason, please contact our helpline on 0800 988 3298 within 14 days of receipt of order (during the Christmas period the notification time for returns is extended to mid Janaury to allow for gift purchases). Please be aware that, owing to the nature of the service, in certain instances the collection of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods (especially heavy, bulky or awkward items) may cost more than the original delivery charge.

Delivery Charges There's a standard administration charge of £4.95 per order. Steel and Aluminium Football Posts and Aluminium Team Shelters have carriage included for most of England but not including Devon, Cornwall, Scotland, Wales and Offshore. Please contact us for a quotation if delivery is required to these regions.

How Will Your Order Be Despatched? Direct to the address supplied, either by our own vehicle, Royal Mail or a reputable national carrier. Our computer-linked warehouse holds most items in stock, although some goods are sent directly to you, by our suppliers. So don’t worry if your order comes incomplete, the balance of goods will follow shortly. Your Consignment Must Be Checked Upon Arrival For: a) Correct number of parcels b) Signs of parcel abuse c) Correct content of parcels Please note, if the outside of a package or parcel looks damaged, sign, but state damaged on the carriers receipt as an added safeguard. We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods, at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the very short period of time we have to claim against carriers for damage in transit, therefore your co-operation is vital in your own interest. Please remember that carriers’ deliver weekdays between 7.30am and 5.30pm. If premises are likely to be unmanned, you should include instructions to guarantee an authorised signature will be available upon delivery. Abortive deliveries may be subject to a charge being made if such instructions are not included with your order.

Can You Collect Your Goods? We welcome callers at Aldridge, but to avoid congestion we prefer to be notified beforehand.

You Received Damaged, Incorrect Or Unwanted Goods. What Do You Do? You must advise our Sales Office in writing within 5 days of receipt of such goods. Details of our Delivery Note numbers are essential.
